The Governance Committee is responsible for approving local and council PTA bylaws; reviewing and recommending policies; reviewing submitted and originating proposed amendments to the bylaws of Free State PTA and its constituents; and submitting proposed amendments to the bylaws of the Free State PTA to the board of directors with the committee's recommendations for action.
